We're still here - the team behind ROMWOD has built the human movement brand - pliability®. Born from functional fitness, we want to extend the same benefits to sports and fitness disciplines beyond the box.

What are the main benefits of pliability®?

We're designed for anyone - weekend warrior to podium athlete. The benefits of a regular practice are extensive and ongoing: Greater mobility. Expedited recovery. Improved longevity. Heightened performance. Increased calm.

How much time per day do I need to invest in my pliability® practice?

Typically, pliability members mobilize 3-5 times a week, 15-25 minutes a day. We offer a multitude of video options, including short routines if you have a busy schedule. That said, we offer new routines 7 days a week, and consistency is key.

Is it best to do pliability pre-workout, post-workout, or another time of day?

There's no best time to mobilize - what matters is that you start. We're here to make it a consistent, integrated part of your wellness routine. Some of our newest offerings do include warm-ups and cooldowns meant to specifically complement your workout.

Do I need any equipment for pliability®?

Similar to yoga, the majority of our routines require no equipment, just space to move. Various videos in our extended library use common mobility tools such as foam rollers, massage balls, and exercise bands. We also offer the pliability® mat to take your mobility sessions to a new level of comfort.

Can I get pliability® for my gym/affiliate?

We're proudly partnered with SugarWOD, which enables integration of pliability routines into daily gym programming. We also offer organizational discounts - contact us for more details.
