Recognizing this need, pliability has collaborated with The MINT Prjct and elite athlete Tia Clair Toomey to develop a three-part pregnancy series, providing safe and effective mobility content tailored to each trimester of pregnancy.
The MINT Prjct, a team of experts specializing in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, has joined forces with pliability to create a comprehensive program that addresses the unique challenges women face during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. As gym owners and mothers, the founders of The MINT Prjct provide invaluable expertise in fitness, nutrition, and mindset throughout the motherhood journey.

Tia Clair Toomey, a long-time pliability athlete who recently announced her own pregnancy, played an essential role in the development of the pregnancy series. Drawing from her athletic experience, Tia provided valuable feedback on the movements and even created affirmations that conclude each routine. Showcasing her dedication to supporting pregnant women, Tia is featured as the model for all content, demonstrating each stretch while seven months pregnant.

Divided into three Paths, the pregnancy series contains 12 routines tailored to each specific trimester. Designed for completion three days per week, these routines can also be adapted for daily use. As your body evolves throughout pregnancy, the movements adjust accordingly, ensuring a safe, effective approach to reducing discomfort and maintaining activity levels.
