Each morning at CrossFit Wynwood, pliability will be hosting free partner workouts from 6am-11am. Prizes will be awarded at the end of each class, but every participant will walk away with a pliability swag bag. Once you’ve finished your workout, hang out and enjoy some coffee and donuts from Miami’s famous Salty Donut and music from DJ Zakk Wild.
